9 Places to Shop for Affordable Plus Size Clothing

Shopping for affordable plus size clothing can be a challenge, but I wrote this blog post to highlight some of my favorite plus size brands that offer plus size clothing at a decent price. For a lot of these plus size stores, you can shop both in-store and online.

Some of my favorite plus size stores to shop at like Eloquii, Able, and Fashion to Figure often have a higher price point (around $70-$200 per garment). However, they often have sales that range from 40% to 70% off, which brings the price point down a lot. So, while I highly recommend checking out these plus size brands below, I also urge you to make sure you check in with your favorite plus size brands to see when they may have a sale.

They also have a range of sizes, including plus sizes up to 4X. Old Navy frequently has sales and discounts, making it even more affordable to shop with them. I love purchasing basic, staple pieces here, like t-shirts and bodysuits, to add to my plus size work clothes wardrobe. This brand also sells petite and plus size jeans for all of my fashionistas who wear a size 14 or above and stand under 5’4—like me!
2. Target: Target is another great option for affordable plus size clothing. They offer a range of clothing items, including activewear, swimwear, and sleepwear. They also have a variety of sizes, including plus sizes up to 4X. Target frequently has sales and discounts, and their prices are generally quite affordable.
3. ASOS Curve: ASOS Curve is an online retailer that specializes in plus size clothing. They offer a variety of clothing items, including dresses, tops, and pants. They also have a range of sizes, including plus sizes up to 28. ASOS Curve frequently has sales and discounts, making it even more affordable to shop with them.

They also have a range of sizes, including plus sizes up to 24. Boohoo frequently has sales and discounts, and their prices are generally quite affordable.
5. Walmart: Walmart is a great place to shop for affordable plus size clothing. They offer a variety of clothing items, including dresses, tops, and pants. They also have a range of sizes, including plus sizes up to 4X. If you love Eloquii, like me, you should check out Walmart’s collaboration with Eloquii. This brings the plus size clothes we love from Eloquii to Walmart at a more affordable price. Walmart frequently has sales and discounts, making it even more affordable to shop with them.
6. Pretty Little Thing: Pretty Little Thing offers the trendiest plus size fashion at an affordable price point. You will find the season’s hottest trends on Pretty Little Thing at a decent price. The brand sells tops, bottoms, dresses, swimsuits, and loungewear. Their sizes go up to a 26 and 5X, which is much higher than most fast fashion plus size brands.
7. H&M: I know, H&M doesn’t have the best reputation when it comes to serving us plus size gals in a good way. However, they are making huge strides toward doing better! They have partnered with Tess Holiday to expand their plus size offering, which means we will be able to enjoy plus size trendy clothes with an H&M price tag.
8. Rue 21: I absolutely love shopping at Rue 21! There is always a good sale going on, and most of its plus size clothing is under $40. The largest size Rue 21 goes up to is a 3X or 4X.
9. Forever 21: Similarly to Rue 21, I can always count on Forever 21 to have affordable, trendy plus size clothing! I also love that I can shop at Forever 21 in stores in most major cities!

Shopping for plus size clothing can be challenging, but many great options are available online and in stores. Old Navy, Target, ASOS Curve, Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing, and Walmart are all great options for finding stylish plus size clothing on a budget. With so many options, you can find something that fits your style and budget.
