I love when I can recycle old clothes into new, refreshed looks. This sweater with cut-out shoulders, has been featured on Natalie in the City before, and I thought for sure that the cut out shoulders would be a trend that came and went. However, there are more high-end sweaters with cut outs now than ever. But I am happy to say I got this sweater at H&M for no more than $30!
