PRO-TIPS FOR NEGOTIATING LIKE A BOSS

women in negotiation, how do I negotiate, scot work, negotiation skills, women negotiating, international women's day, natalie craig, natalie in the city, chicago blogger, how to negotiate, negotiate like a boss

Every year, I celebrate International Women’s Day with either a pedicure, massage, or my favorite dinner. But this year, I’m being bold for change, which is this year’s International Women’s Day theme.

There are so many inequalities facing us today, and with the recent political state, it is more important than ever to stand together in our differences and lift each other up. The gender pay gap and inequalities women face in the workforce has been something on my mind lately. As a young woman who entered the workforce less than two years ago, I have had the chance to work with women from all backgrounds and skill sets. It’s been so empowering to work with other women and learn from them, but it’s also been eye opening to see the struggle some of us endure when it comes to negotiate  salaries, corporate contracts, or even new government policies. Recently, I psyched myself out for my first annual review at my job. “I’m going to ask for a raise AND a promotion,” I told myself. Did I ask for either of those things? NOPE. Did I deserve those things? Unfortunately, I don’t really know. I questioned my worth and work ethic and whether or not I would be viewed as too forward or entitled (something women often do). Even other women in my life questioned my motives and labeled it “ballsy.” Speaking of balls, I have seen men in the workforce nonchalantly ask for a raise and a promotion without a doubt in their minds—even if their work ethic wasn’t the greatest—and they get it. Every time. But women have a knack for creating mutually positive deals, so why do we hold back from negotiating?

To learn the reason behind this, I’ll be tuning into a free webinar called Women in Negotiation on International Women’s Day, March 8. You can register for the free webinar by visiting this link. I wanted to sit down with the webinar hosts Jill Campen and Violaine Galland, negotiation consultants at Scotwork North America, beforehand to chat about the gender pay gap and building negotiation skills. I also scored some insight on what attendees can expect to learn from this empowering webinar. Read my exclusive interview with them below!

Natalie: Why do women struggle more than men when it comes to negotiating for themselves?

Jill and Violaine: As negotiation consultants with Scotwork, we’ve observed hundreds of women over tens of thousands of hours of negotiating. Through this, we see common differences between how men and women negotiate. Both men and women leverage their innate personality traits to their advantage. For women, we tend to be more thorough and methodical in how we prepare for a negotiation. This means we typically have a greater depth of understanding of the issues than men do. Probably no surprise, we are usually better listeners and are better at picking up on signals from the other side. Lastly, we tend to empathize better with those that we negotiate with, which means we are more apt to understand their needs more so than our male counterparts do. These qualities make women very successful at negotiating win-win deals. However, women are more inclined to apply these skills when we are negotiating for or on behalf of others. On the contrary, we find that many women negotiating for themselves struggle to apply their innate talents and therefore struggle when negotiating for themselves. We believe this has to do with our cultural conditioning.

Our culture has taught women to be polite, to let others speak first, to show empathy and to create harmony in relationships. These are all wonderful qualities except for the fact that it has led many women to feel that they can’t pair these behaviors with assertiveness or boldness to go after what they want. The women who are assertive and bold are often labeled as “bitchy” or some other negative attribute that is not associated to male counterparts exhibiting the same behavior. This has conditioned many women to not be as assertive so they can avoid the unfair negative judgment.

How does this lack of negotiation feed into the gender pay gap?

The gender pay gap has been an issue that has plagued the US workforce for decades. This issue will not be resolved by just one solution. Eliminating the wage gap will happen by motivated business leaders, daring policy makers, and individual women standing firm on their rights and how they are valued in the workplace. For many women, it also means they must be brave and fight their own conditioning.

As an example, some women have the learned behavior to defer. These women typically wait for others to tell them when they are ready for a raise instead of pursuing a raise. We may even tell ourselves that we don’t deserve the higher wage, or we are too hard on ourselves, or maybe we don’t meet every single criterion stated for a job raise therefore we don’t even try. Contrast that with our male counterparts, who statistically, tend to minimize the self-criticism or stated criteria for success and will more aggressively pursue a raise. Interestingly, “not deferring” is also a learned behavior.

What are some key takeaways women can learn from this webinar?

We are encouraging women to be bold in their negotiations and to be strong in ways that will allow them to achieve their objectives while receiving the same positive allocates afforded to their male counterparts. Major takeaways from this webinar are focused on helping women understand their strength and leverage—in other words, her power—and how to use it to her advantage. We will also discuss tips for overcoming fear of conflict or rejection and execute negotiations with confidence to get the results they want.

Why is it critical today for women to learn these negotiation skills?

Gender roles are slowly disintegrating. Cultural biases are shifting. Women hold power in business today more than they ever have. According to SUM180, almost 50% of U.S. women are now the family breadwinners. Negotiation is a key component to not only being successful in business, but also in life. We negotiate every day. Whether you’re negotiating a salary, corporate contract, or just buying a new cable package, negotiation is a life skill that can be learned an applied effectively when the proper tools are used. It is essential to learn negotiation skills to navigate the new economy.

Join me on March 8 at 2 p.m. EST for this free webinar and get a chance to ask Jill and Violaine questions of your own during the live Q&A portion of the webinar

BEHIND THE SCENES: MEIJER’S #StyleForEveryBODY

I was introduced to Meijer in August 2016 when I flew out to Grand Rapids to visit the Midwestern super center’s headquarters. Upon stepping foot into my first Meijer, I felt included. The store’s plus size section catered to a wide range of women and boasted on-season trends—something that I wasn’t always used to seeing at a super center or even a mall. I couldn’t be happier to connect with another brand that cared so deeply about serving every body type. I met with the fashion team at Meijer, and they expressed their dedication to push the store’s clothing to be as on trend and fashion-forward as possible. But little did I know that Meijer was on the brink of something even bigger.

A couple months later, Meijer announced they were getting rid of their plus size department because they were merging it together with the women’s department and putting sizes small through 3x on the same rack, in every style. This was an emotional time for me because as someone who has always had a larger figure, I have always been shown to the tiniest, darkest corner of the store: the plus size section. I constantly wonder why brands don’t just expand their sizing instead of having separate sections for thin and plus size women. And now, Meijer is doing just that, and leading the way in these efforts. I couldn’t be happier to be involved.

Behind the scenes of #StyleForEveryBODY
I got the opportunity to participate in Meijer’s #StyleForEVERYBody campaign to announce the integration. I got to work with two amazing teams from JohnsonRauhoff and Meijer as well as some beautiful plus size AND straight size co-models. It was truly a day I will never forget!

Since the campaign has gone live, I have had a lot of women reach out to me and ask me how I got my start in modeling. While I have worked with other brands in similar capacities, this was my first, real modeling gig. At an early age, I idolized the models I saw in the magazines and on TV, wishing that someday I could be a model, too. However, my physical features (height and weight) were working against me. I started Natalie in the City in 2013 as a way to creatively express myself, and I could have never imagined that it would provide me with opportunities like this. I never had a vision for what I wanted my blog to be like, but it lead me to this campaign and to so many others that have been a catalyst in prompting more plus size inclusivity in fashion.

So my advice to you—whether you want to get into modeling, start a blog, embark on your dream, or take a risk—is to just simply pursue your dream. Be who you want to be, and do what you want to do. It sounds simple, and it is, the journey may be harder than the commitment. However, just taking that first step to setting fourth on your dreams is integral. And even if all the odds are against you—like being a 200+ lb., 5 ft 2 in.-tall model—if you believe it, you can be it.

If you could have anything you want in this world—no boundaries, no restrictions—what would it be? And what is the first step toward living that dream? If you feel brave, leave your dream in the comment section below! I can’t wait to read them!

Thank you to Meijer for partnering with me to get the word out about their push to make fashion more inclusive and sponsoring today’s post. Thank you for supporting the brands that make Natalie in the City possible!

When I saw these lace up leggings, I knew I had to have them. I’m obsessed with everything that has to do with the lace up trend. For example, refer to this post with the lace up sweaterthis post featuring a lace up dress, and this post showing a lace up blouse. See?! I have a problem!

This whole outfit is actually from Forever 21 (minus the body chain necklace, which is H&M). I used to shop at Forever 21 plus a lot, because it was so easy. There are three Forever 21 stores in Chicago that have a great plus size section. And for a while, Forever 21 was serving up the most fashion-forward clothing for the plus size girl that wants to be seen, not hidden. But as of lately, I have been trying to expand my shopping rituals to include more from Eloquii and Fashion to Figure. So, this may be my last all Forever 21 outfit.

natalie craig, natalie in the city, plus size fashion, cute comfortable plus size outfit clothing, lace up sweaters, target mossimo denim, chicago blogger, midwest blogger, top knot, fatshion, eff your body standards,

Don’t you just love a go-to cozy outfit that doesn’t scream “lazy” or look frumpy? Well, this is my go-to outfit, and while it’s comfortable, it still makes me feel glam.

I recently bought this Style & Co plus size lace up sweater at Macy’s, but it has since sold out. So here is similar sweater from Macy’s by INC. I have also created a shopping widget below with lace-up sweaters, too!

This pair of gray-washed denim is from my favorite place to get jeans: Target. Oh, and I cut the holes on the knees myself! Ever since Target relaunched their Mossimo denim line with more sizes, fits, colors, and washes I haven’t purchased denim from anywhere else. I wear a size 14 or 16 depending on the style! I also recommend checking out Mossimo’s “curvy” fit, which is great for my fellow curvy chicks with hips that don’t lie.

Can we talk about these beige booties now?! I fell in love with them when I was on set shooting with Meijer (which I can’t wait to tell you all about very soon). So when my cab driver picked me up from the set, I asked him to stop by Meijer so I could run in and grab the boots. If you live by a Meijer, the boots are from Sugar, and they come in black and beige!

FALLING IN LOVE WITH MY CLOSET AGAIN

how to organize my closet, color coded closet, clothing storage in chicago, armoire, get my armoire, platos closet, consignment, uber, plus size fashion, natalie craig, chicago blogger, midwest blogger, chicago style
If you’re a fashionista, like me, you are probably in the same exact situation I’m in right now (and every time I buy new clothes). My closet is always packed with my favorite garments of the moment and even clothes I haven’t worn in months. Not only is my shopping addiction and this blog keeping my closet packed to the brim, but I also share the closet space with my fashionisto boyfriend—who has his favorite clothes of the moment AND clothes he hasn’t worn in five years packed into the closet as well.
So what’s a girl to do?
The monthly purge
The good news is that I’m not that much of a hoarder. But these are clothes we are talking about parting ways with, and I’m not good with goodbyes in that sense. Every month, I place the clothes I think I’m ready to get rid of in a box and put it behind my bedroom door for two weeks. If I don’t think about any of the clothes or pull anything from the box during that time, then I part ways with them.
Keeping inventory
Do you ever forget about the clothes that are shoved all the way in the back of your closet? Yeah, me too. And sometimes these clothes still have tags on them (UGH). So on the days where I feel like I have nothing to wear, I will start at the back of my closet to find those hidden gems.
But there has to be an easier way to store my clothes while being able to go through them seamlessly without making a mess. What I really need is a virtual closet where I can thumb through my on-and off-season clothes, have them dry cleaned, put in storage, or sell or donate them. And I think I may have found the perfect way to achieve this.
The digital closet of my dreams
Enter Armoire, a Chicago-based clothing storage service that keeps your off-season clothes in a cedar lined space and picks up and delivers your clothes within 24 hours of your request. Best of all, Armoire frees up some closet space so you can keep being the trend-obsessed fashionista that you are! I just signed up and created my profile on Armoire, and I am highly anticipating the app’s launch in Spring 2017. I was pretty impressed with Armoire’s $35-$65 per month pricing plans (also detailed below) since a dingy and dusty storage unit in Chicago averages around more than $60 a month—and that doesn’t include dry cleaning. Another thing I’m looking forward to on the Armoire app is being able to consign clothes I no longer wish to keep, which saves me from having to drag heavy bags of garments to the nearest consignment or thrift store in the city. If you aren’t in Chicago, no worries, Armoire has plans to expand to New York City, Washington D.C., and other metropolitan areas, too.

I just reserved my spot for the app’s initial launch. To reserve yours and to score an exclusive package upgrade for free, send an email to macon@getmyarmoire.com.

I really love this look for a Valentine’s Day date night if you prefer an all black outfit rather than a little red dress—like me. I don’t always wear sequins and leather together, but when—and if—I do, I have to strike a subtle balance of the two eye catching materials. The black sequins on this Fashion to Figure sequin tank top put off a soft shimmer, and paired with this playful blazer with see-through sleeves, the look doesn’t come off as an outfit that has too much going on. While I love all of these pieces together, each one of them are strong on their own and could be mixed into different outfits. Since I love black on black ensembles, this is most likely an outfit I would wear on a date night or for valentines day because it’s glam, sexy, and isn’t far from my comfort zone.

What are you wearing for Valentine’s Day?

A SLEEP ROUTINE FIT FOR A PLUS SIZE QUEEN

natalie craig, natalie in the city, big fig mattress, mattress for big and tall, mattress for overweight people, mattress for bigger figure, essential oil diffuser, plus size fashion, plus size health, how to improve your sleep routine, how to sleep better

So many products are marketed and sold as “one size fits all.” If you’re plus size, like me, you know that one size never fits all when it comes to the clothes we wear. So why do we settle for a “one size fits all” mattress and sleep routine when those are two of the most important things for our wellness?

If I get up on the wrong side of the bed or don’t get enough rest at night, I’m not productive, I get headaches, I crave unhealthy food, and I am drinking every cup of coffee I can get my hands on just to stay functional.
Do any of these negative side effects sound oddly familiar to you? Well, you aren’t alone. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one out of three adults don’t get enough sleep, and the American Sleep Association says that sleeping on the wrong mattress can be the root of most sleep problems.
But don’t lose sleep over this. With the extra hours of darkness, winter is the best time to refocus on your sleep pattern. Here is how I drastically changed and improved my sleep routine in just one month!
I found a mattress made for my body type.
There are a lot of mattress manufacturers out there that make false promises and try to market a “one size fits all” mattress to a niche group of people, like full figured and big and tall. However, no matter what mattress I have slept on, nothing has ever felt like it was made for me, which is why my sleep patterns have suffered over the years. When I found out about the Big Fig Mattress, the first and only mattress made for a bigger figure, I had to try it out. Since I am plus size and my boyfriend is big and tall, we have often struggled sleeping in the same bed together because of our old mattresses’ lack of support, shift of materials, and weak foundation. But when Big Fig said their mattress would last 20 years or longer, and had the test results to prove it, I was sold. Sure enough, the mattress has immensely changed the way I sleep through the night. This mattress was truly made for a bigger figure with features like 1600 pocketed coil springs to support the neck and back, three layers of high density poly foam for no-sag cushioning, and the mattress has been tufted in 16 places to keep the internal materials from shifting. But my favorite feature of the Big Fig Mattress is the ThermoGel quilted top that keeps me cool throughout the night. Lastly, I had the option of ordering a heavy-duty (and virtually indestructible) bed frame made out of recycled railroad steel, which was uniquely made for the Big Fig Mattress. It only took me one month to get my sleep pattern and routine back on track, and right now, you can try out the Big Fig Mattress with a 101 night trial to see if it’s the perfect fit for you, too.

Essential oils engage your mind, body, and soul
For Christmas, my mom sent me essential oils to help combat my allergies. At first, I was unsure just how a tiny bottle of oil was going to solve anything, but after I opened the bottle and got my first whiff of eucalyptus and peppermint, my life was changed forever. Since then, I have purchased an essential oil diffuser and an array of essential oils that are supposed to help me de-stress, relax, breathe, focus, and sleep. One hour before I go to bed, I will usually mix blood orange, peppermint, and eucalyptus into my oil diffuser and turn it on. I let it run through the night to keep my mind and body at ease.
Reset and restore every night
Sleep is critical because that is when your body restores and repairs itself, and the more you help your body with this restorative process, the better you will feel and look every day. During the winter, I wake up with dry lips and skin. So I invested in an ultrasonic humidifier to moisturize my skin and hair throughout the night. The humidifier helps keep my skin healthy, and the amount of breakouts I have had has significantly reduced since I started using the humidifier.

Don’t sabotage your skin
While your body works to rejuvenate itself while you sleep, sometimes we are working against it by sabotaging our skin and hair with cotton pillowcases. I sleep on my stomach and my face a lot. So, I recently traded in my cotton pillowcases for satin ones because these pillowcases can reduce wrinkles and hair breakage. I thought this would be quite the costly purchase, but it turns out that satin pillowcases are actually pretty affordable.

One size doesn’t fit all, especially when you sleep, so make sure to invest in yourself and find a sleep routine that truly fits you!

I created this earthy ensemble around my Koa & Ash JORD watch shown above because I am partnering with JORD watches to give one of my readers a $100 JORD gift card. JORD makes handcrafted timepieces that tell a story, and they are made out of real wood! The chic face of the watch paired with the wood band is a combination that has everyone doing a double take. If you would love one of these original timepieces, enter our giveaway HERE and you will instantly get a $25 JORD e gift code! That’s right, you win $25 off a JORD watch just for entering! One winner will be chosen on February 19 to receive a $100 JORD gift card.

There are many fun things about this look. So shall we move onto the rest of my ensemble? I love fringe, but I have been shy with incorporating it into my wardrobe. I bought this plus size fringe skirt on a whim from Fashion To Figure during one of their huge sales. I wasn’t sure if I would like the skirt or where I could actually wear it, but it turns out that I was able work it into my wardrobe pretty easily. While it may be too chilly to sport during the winter months, you may see me sporting this skirt in summer.

This weekend, I got the opportunity to walk in Lord & Taylor‘s Charity Day fashion show in partnership with Look Good Feel Better. It was such a fun time especially because I got to model with my best friend and fashion blogger, Katherine.

Our close friend Paul Anthony styled and organized the entire fashion show, and it was a major success. He is an up and coming stylist here in Chicago, and I can’t wait to witness all the amazing things he will do!

Thanks to everyone who came out to watch the show and donated to Look Good Feel Better’s amazing cause!

NO WEIGHT LOSS RESOLUTIONS HERE

feminism, extreme weight loss, positive affirmations, the universe has your back, lifesize magazine, weight loss resolutions, confidence crisis, natalie craig, natalie in the city, chicago, fashion blogger, plus size blogger, midwest, how to have confidence, new years resolution statistics, journalist, pro women journalist,

Every year, more than 41% of Americans make New Year’s resolutions, with approximately 40% of those resolutions revolving around weight loss. So it comes as no surprise that I have been making that same New Year’s resolution for the past 15 years, too. I told myself that I would be more worthy, beautiful, and healthier if I just lost weight. But I have consistently failed at fulfilling this New Year’s resolution since I was 10 years old. I’m not alone, though. More than 48% of Americans who make weight loss goals at the beginning of the year, don’t succeed either. However, the worst part of this scenario wasn’t that I failed year after year, it was that I was just 10 years old, and I was already feeling the pressure of unrealistic beauty standards and I still do to this day.
The crisis of self-confidence in women is with us throughout our entire lives. Today, a 20% of 7-year-old girls experience dissatisfaction with their bodies, 42% of 11-to 16-year-old girls don’t like their body, and 66% of 17-to 21-year-olds say they are not pretty enough.
Whether I was 110 pounds at age 10, or now, more than 200 pounds at age 25, I have embraced my body year after year, but I have always felt the pressure to lose weight. The reason why half of us don’t follow through with our weight loss goals is because weight loss is not the answer to the crisis women experience every day. And it took me 15 years to realize it.
So, as 2016 came to an end, I decided to take a different approach to setting New Year’s resolutions for 2017. Instead of aiming for weight loss, I thought about the feelings weight loss would bring to me. In other words, what were my REAL goals? Were they to feel more confident, healthy, or happy? And the word “skinnier” never turned up in that list of feelings.
I made a resolution that doesn’t require a scale, but instantly provides me with those feelings I wanted. I spend an extra 10 minutes every day to express gratitude and love for myself just the way I am. Instead of looking in the mirror and saying “You will be beautiful when you lose weight,” I tell myself, “You are beautiful and you are enough, today.”
Daily positive affirmations can cure every woman’s doubt of self worth. If you say it, you believe it, and so will everyone else. If you are unfamiliar with affirmations, they usually consist of a list of intentions you repeat to yourself every morning that help set the stage for how the rest of your day, and life, will play out. This practice may be hard for some as they have never practiced self-gratitude a day in their lives. I still struggle with staying consistent in reciting my affirmations every day, but it’s a practice I wish I had discovered years ago. With this resolution, there are no 5 a.m. alarm clocks urging you to head to the gym, no diet plans, and no detoxing. It’s just pure self-love with instant gratification. It’s sort of magic!

Even if you are sticking to a weight loss resolution, adding a touch of self-love every morning will help you achieve it and the happiness you are looking for. Before I leave my apartment every morning I say positive affirmations aloud with conviction while looking in the mirror. My list of affirmations is pretty general and could work for anyone (see below). Sprinkle in some personal goals or mantras to make it your own, and let the magic manifest!

My affirmations:
I am awake
My mind is free
I am creative
I love myself
My will power is strong
I am brave
I practice patience
I don’t judge people
My possibilities are endless
Everything is going to work out for my highest good
I am strong in mind, body, and spirit
Amazing opportunities exist for me in every aspect of my life
I love my life
I appreciate everything I have
I am positive and optimistic
I am a powerful creator
I create the life I want
I am excited about today
I choose to love with an expanded heart
I choose to work with a focused mind
I now release all of the drama and pain of my past. I consciously create my future
I have all that I need to make today great
I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions.
Something wonderful is about to happen to me.

DO THESE 8 THINGS TO BE A MORNING PERSON

how to be a morning person, how do I become a morning person, 8 things morning people do, benefits of waking up early, natalie craig, natalie in the city, lifestyle blogger, fashion blogger, chicago, plus size fashion

We all have our reasons for hitting the snooze button every morning. Though it’s not easy, it is possible to break the cycle simply by making a few changes. Follow these steps and you’re bound to find success as a new morning person.

Hit the sheets sooner
First things first: If you want to wake up earlier, then get to bed one hour earlier. You won’t wind up feeling groggy or tired because you won’t be missing out on any sleep. I know this isn’t the easiest task, but it’s the best way to trick yourself into waking up earlier.
Don’t close your blinds at night
I get that some people close their blinds at night to shut out extra light from the streets or for more privacy, but becoming exposed to natural sunlight first thing in the morning is the best way to wake up naturally. During the summer months, the sun rises earlier and by leaving your blinds open, you will be more inclined to get up once that sunlight fills your bedroom. In the winter, when you and the sun are on the same page of having to be dragged out of bed, you’ll still get enough light to wake you—depending on when you wake up.
Implement a routine
Decide why it is that you want to become a morning person. Maybe you want to work out in the morning or take on a more intense beauty regimen. On the first day of your morning journey, make sure that you fit in the tasks that you want to do every morning, and then follow the same habits moving forward. Making a schedule for your mornings will help you stay on track, and the more you accomplish those extra morning tasks, the better you will feel about dragging yourself out of bed earlier.
Acclimate yourself to your new routine
Jumping right into waking up an hour or two early is tough, and it may set you up for failure. Instead of putting that pressure on you from the start of your new morning routine, make a gradual change. The first week, wake up a half-hour early, then wake up an hour early the following week, and so on. This gradual change will help to acclimate your body to your new schedule.
Trick yourself into getting out of bed
Here is the easiest thing you can do to ensure that you will wake up a little earlier than expected: Move your alarm clock to the other side of the room. This will make you physically get out of bed and will make it easier for you to jump right into your morning routine. Just don’t crawl back into bed!

Coffee or tea is key
Find a coffee or tea maker that allows you to set the time at which it starts brewing. Waking up knowing that your coffee has already been brewed will make getting out of bed much easier. To make it even easier, place your coffee maker close to your bedroom so that aroma of fresh brewed coffee drifts in.
Two alarms are better than one
For those of you who actually need a little time to wake up and don’t benefit from jumping out of bed right away, consider setting two alarms: one that initially wakes you up and another that goes off five minutes later and tells you that it is time to get out of bed.
Make sure there is a light at the end of the tunnel

Give yourself some kind of incentive to get out of bed so that you can be excited to get your day started. Becoming a morning person will make you feel good if you are rewarding yourself for getting out of bed early and thinking about how much more you have been able to accomplish by doing so.

TIPS FROM MY READERS:

  • “Before I moved into a closet-sized bedroom, I would put my alarm clock on the other side of the room so I HAD to get out of bed. Unfortunately now I can reach everywhere in my bedroom from my bed so now I’m always late. Whoops.” – Randi Shaffer (She has the right idea! Check out tip #5)
  • “Sleep on a Big Fig Mattress!” – Big Fig Mattress (I sleep on a Big Fig Mattress, and I LOVE it. It’s probably the reason why I am able to hop out of bed fully rested in the morning. This tip has my approval! BTW: Check out their brand new website: www.bigfigmattress.com)
  • Just roll out of bed, fall on the floor, and voila, you’re awake! – Myles Adams (OKAYY. But ouch! Maybe if the tips above don’t work, I will resort to this!)
