ngl it can be scary being the only plus size girl in the weight room (and sometimes the only girl), but I can’t even begin to explain how lifting weights makes me feel. Something about me: I love to see instant progress and I love being instantly rewarded…😂 straight up. It can be hard to experience that anywhere in life, but especially in the gym. HOWEVER, you can literally see how strong you’re getting with every rep when you lift weights. And when I feel strong, I feel 📈📈📈! So, whether you like Pilates, the treadmill, weights, or the turf, I’m showing up for you because WE DESERVE TO TAKE UP SPACE. Loveeee you! 🫶🏼
