Two of the most notable trends of Summer ’16 are exposed shoulders and the sexy crisscross lace up tops and dresses. I happened to score both trends in one garment from Forever 21. So I paired my favorite blouse with some ripped denim and took this outfit on the road to Chicago’s Food Truck Fest. I really don’t think there is a better way to go about a summer day in the city. My choker and necklace duo is also one of my favorite summer covets from my road trip to Ann Arbor last month.
